Court filing fees follow the standard Arkansas schedule. New civil or domestic filings cost $165.00, covering appeals and foreign judgments as well. Reopening a case runs $50.00. A summons or subpoena costs $2.50 per person. Process server applications are $140.00 with renewals at $50.00. Writs are $20.00. Standard copies cost $0.50 per page, and fax filings for open cases run $1.00 per page at fax number (870) 853-2034. Certification is $5.00 per document up to 10 pages, then $0.50 per page after that. Petitions to seal criminal records carry no charge for cases decided after March 6, 2013.

Marriage licenses cost $60.00, cash only. Both parties must appear in person. Requirements vary by age. Applicants over 20 need a valid state-issued ID and social security card, with no waiting period. Applicants aged 18 to 19 must also provide a birth certificate. Minors aged 17 (males) or 16 to 17 (females) face a mandatory 5-business-day wait and need parental consent, a birth certificate, social security card, valid ID, and divorce papers showing custody if applicable. No blood test is required in Arkansas. Licenses are valid for 60 days from issuance.

Probate records cover decedent estates (testate and intestate), small estates, guardianships, civil commitments, and adoptions. Adoptions are sealed and confidential; access requires a court order. Probate filing fees are $165.00 for full estates and $25.00 for small estates. DBA filings cost $25.00 for original registration and $5.00 per certified copy. Amendment 79 provides a $350 homestead tax credit on primary residences, applied for through the Assessor's Office.
