Lincoln County Circuit Clerk Court Records

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This office acts as clerk of the civil, domestic relations, criminal, and juvenile courts and serves as ex-officio recorder for all land documents filed in the county.

Court records you can access here include civil case filings, criminal case histories, divorce and domestic relations records, and child support files. Juvenile records are restricted. Land documents recorded by this office include deeds, mortgages, liens, and plats. Recording fees are $15.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page. The Real Property Transfer Tax is $3.30 per $1,000 of consideration on transactions over $100.

Filing fees for new civil or domestic cases are $165.00. Reopening a cause of action costs $50.00. Certified copies of court documents are $5.00 each. Summons and subpoenas run $2.50 per person. Marriage licenses in Lincoln County cost around $60.00. Both parties must appear in person with a valid photo ID and social security cards. There is no waiting period for adults 18 and older. A license is good for 60 days from the issue date and must be returned to the Clerk's office after the ceremony. The office also accepts applications for voter registration, which must be completed at least 30 days before an election.

Probate records held here cover decedent estates, guardianships, and adoptions going back many years. Adoption records are sealed under Arkansas law. Probate case filing fees are approximately $165.00. The Clerk also keeps DBA filings, county court orders, and quorum court minutes. Copies generally cost $1.00 per page.
