Monroe County Circuit Clerk Records

The Monroe County Circuit Clerk is based in Clarendon at the county courthouse. This office serves as clerk of the civil, criminal, domestic relations, and juvenile courts. It also functions as the ex-officio recorder for all land records in Monroe County.
