The City Clerk serves as the custodian of all official city records and provides administrative support to the City Council. Records maintained here include City Council meeting agendas and minutes (current and historical), city ordinances and resolutions, municipal codes, contracts and agreements, board and commission records, and city election records.
FOIA requests may be submitted in writing to the City Clerk's office. Include a specific description of the records you need, the date range you are looking for, and your contact information. The city has three business days to respond to routine requests. Complex or large requests may take a bit longer, but the Clerk must tell you within three days what is happening with your request.
