Fulton County Circuit Clerk Records

The Fulton County Circuit Clerk keeps all court records for civil, criminal, domestic relations, and juvenile cases. This office also acts as the ex-officio recorder of land records. Court records you can request here include divorce filings, civil judgments, criminal case histories, and property transfer documents. Certified copies cost $5.00 per document. New civil or domestic filings carry a fee of $165.00. The Arkansas Courts system offers free public access to many case records through CourtConnect at caseinfo.arcourts.gov. That portal lets you search by name or case number at no charge.

Land recording fees start at $15.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each page after that. Real Property Transfer Tax runs $3.30 per $1,000 of the transaction value. Documents must meet standard formatting requirements before recording can take place.

County Clerk: Vital Records and Probate

Marriage licenses cost $60.00. Both people getting married must show up together with valid ID and social security cards. There is no waiting period for adults 18 and older.
