Court records available through this office include civil case files, criminal case histories, divorce filings, child support orders, and juvenile case records. The Circuit Clerk also records land instruments including deeds, deeds of trust, mortgages, liens, plats, and powers of attorney. Recording fees are $15.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page. The Real Property Transfer Tax is $3.30 per $1,000 of value on transactions over $100.

This office maintains marriage licenses, probate court files, voter registration records, and official county government documents. Marriage licenses cost approximately $60.00. Both parties must appear together with valid photo ID and social security cards. No waiting period applies for adults 18 and older. Licenses are good for 60 days from the date of issue.
Probate records held here include decedent estate files, guardianship records, and adoption cases. Adoption files are sealed under Arkansas law. Probate filing fees run approximately $165.00.
