Marriage licenses in Marion County cost approximately $60.00. Both parties must appear in person and show a valid photo ID and social security cards. There is no waiting period for adults 18 and older. Licenses are valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Voter registration is handled in person and must be done at least 30 days before any election.
