Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Circuit Clerk serves as clerk of the civil, domestic relations, criminal, and juvenile courts and also acts as ex-officio recorder of land records for the county.

Court records maintained here include civil cases, domestic relations matters such as divorce and child support, criminal filings, and juvenile court records. New civil or domestic case filings carry a fee of $165.00. Summons and subpoenas cost $2.50 per person served. Certified copies of court documents cost $5.00 per document.
