Perry County Clerk and Circuit Clerk Records

Court records covered include civil cases, criminal cases, domestic relations, juvenile court records, and land documents. New civil or domestic case filings cost $165.00. Summons and subpoenas are $2.50 per person. Payment is accepted by cash, check, money order, or online for certain services. The office also accepts passport applications.
